Terms and Conditions

All offers presented by LAFFUA.COM are not binding and hold the possibility of being withdrawn at any given moment, unless explicitly stated otherwise in written form by Laffua.com. Any alterations or amendments made by Laffua.com in writing shall constitute a new offer, effectively nullifying the previous one. Should a customer make amendments to a Laffua.com offer, it shall be considered a fresh offer by the customer, subject to acceptance or rejection at Laffua.com's sole discretion. Offers shall be deemed accepted solely if Laffua.com confirms such acceptance in writing.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that all representations such as samples, colors, drawings, models, dimensions, weights, or any other product specifications provided by Laffua.com are approximate estimates, despite Laffua.com's commitment to ensuring their accuracy. Minor discrepancies, particularly in color shades, shall not be construed as defects in the product.

Laffua.com reserves the right to modify product configurations and prices at any time, retaining the authority to amend price lists, brochures, quotations, and other related documents.

All listed prices exclude taxes, duties, levies, or similar charges, which the Customer is responsible for remitting to Laffua.com, imposed by any taxing authority (excluding taxes on Laffua.com’s income), pertaining to the Customer’s order, unless an appropriate resale or exemption certificate for the delivery location has been provided. In the event of legislative changes resulting in the imposition of an irrecoverable tax, leading to increased costs for Laffua.com in delivering the Products, Laffua.com reserves the right to retroactively adjust its prices accordingly.

Unless otherwise stated by Laffua.com in writing, quoted prices or fees are in INR or another currency. Each agreement for product delivery shall be treated as an individual and separate agreement.
