In such instances, upon cancellation, the order will be terminated, and a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation request.

Refund Policy

Every item from Laffua.com is meticulously crafted by skilled artisans and subjected to thorough quality assessments prior to shipment, ensuring its individuality with potential slight variations from the displayed images.

Returns and exchanges will solely be accommodated under the following conditions:

• The order incurred damage during transit.

• The order was mistakenly incorrect..

Should any of the aforementioned scenarios apply, you are entitled to return the order in its original, unworn condition, including the original packaging..

Upon receipt of the product, we will conduct a thorough quality inspection, and if it meets the required standards, we will exchange it for a new one. If the product is unavailable, we will reimburse the amount through Store Credit, valid for three months from the date of issuance.
