Free shipping is provided for prepaid orders across India. However, for Cash on Delivery orders, an additional charge of Rs.100/- will be applied during checkout. Deliveries to PO boxes or military addresses are not feasible; rural domestic addresses may require additional days for delivery. Orders necessitating customization will entail an extended processing time of 10 working days. Orders within India are typically delivered within 3-12 working days. However, unforeseen circumstances may lead to occasional delays.

INTERNATIONAL

For International Deliveries, an extra charge of Rs. 2500 will be levied during checkout. Customs duties and taxes, as per the regulations of the recipient's country, will be applicable and are the responsibility of the customer. For queries regarding customs charges, customers are advised to contact their local customs office, as customs policies vary between countries.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-10 working days from the date of order placement. While an estimated delivery date will be provided, it should be noted that this date is approximate and not definitive.

We cannot be held liable for delays arising from natural disasters, labor strikes, or other unforeseeable circumstances. To ensure swift and secure delivery, we exclusively engage reputable courier agencies. DTDC handles local shipments, while Aramex manages international couriers.
